My nu amp pee tree player!
Brothers and sisters, homies and doggies.... Introducing my nu amp pee tree CD player (MP3 compatible CD player) * Hope those thieves won't be reading this *
Although it falls under the middle high-end category of the in-dash single disc player, nothing really fancy me others than the two 4V pre-outs (front & rear) and extra Subwoofer output. One thing that excites me to buy this unit is definitely the Aux input which allows users to plug in their portable media device (mp3 player, ipod, ipaq, DVD player or whatever) and have the sound coming out from the speakers... Cool eh, imagine this: Putting a wide screen laptop on the center glove box while playing some cool DVD's... :P
Ok, cut the imaginations... I ain't have a Wide screen DVD capable laptop yet. This isn't the latest model, in fact it's the previous generation model which cost around USD500 during then but I got it at a bargain that I couldn't resist, only MYR600. Of course there's a downside to this cheap price, notice the right hand bottom of the face plate? There's a crack there, not obvious though and it didn't come with manual, box, and warranty. Other than that, everything's cool.
This whole theft incident cost me MYR910 so far (incl. new passenger side window, antenna, a pair of Pioneer tweeters, second hand center console panel and installation charges) excluding the soon to be bought power-amp still... My oh my, what a great Christmas gifts I've got for myself.
To those who is reading this and got some spare cash to burn, here's my wish list:
1. A reputable brand of 2 or 1 channel power amplifer for my Subwoofer,
2. Ipod (40GB Version) :)

One Hell of a Thursday Morning
Couple of days ago, I already realized there were some broken glass scattered around the ground of my usual parking space, which is the driveway of the condo I've been staying for the past 12 months... Due to insufficient parking bays, tenants' second car will have to park outside the condo's compound.
At around 0950, after unlocking my car, I sat in and when I was about the turn on the ignition and I realized I've been damned... Where's my passenger's side window, looking down the seat, center console were broken, so were my 4 year old single disc player. Quickly check under the passenger seat and unfortunately my second hand Mohawk power-amp are gone too. Pissed! And look around the car to see if there's anything missing, to my surprise the f***ing thieves took my newly redeem electronic shaver from Citibank and what the f*** they want to do with my CD's collection anyway? Which of course, was gone as well.
For your info, this is the second time my passenger side window being broken! Police report were being done in Brickfields while the forensic investigator took some pictures and don't even bother to detect fingerprints those thief(s) left on my car, why would they bother anyway... This is too common for them, perhaps even for us...
Windows replacement cost me 140 bucks, there goes the window's tint. Total damage is being calculated at cost which is around 1.4 grand, damn motherf***er!!!
